Dosage

• Take 2 capsules per day with meal, ideally after dinner, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
•  If you are taking antibiotics, taking 3 capsules daily with meal, ideally after dinner. Continue to take 2 weeks after you have finished your antibiotics.
• For optimal results, continued daily use is suggested. Do not exceed recommended daily dose.
